Since 2023, Esurient Arts has been an inaugural contributing partner, playing a vital role in overseeing the All Call Auditions—a key component in discovering and uplifting diverse theatrical talent.

Founded in 2016, Esurient Arts is Houston’s premier multi-disciplinary arts company dedicated to fostering access, equity, and belonging. They specialize in providing professional development opportunities for artists, delivering quality entertainment for private and corporate events, and offering impactful youth programming. Known for bringing top-tier professional artists from Houston and beyond as teaching artists, Esurient Arts has earned a reputation for raising the city’s artistic standards while connecting creatives who might otherwise never cross paths.

Moving forward, the All Call Auditions will evolve into Akoma Ntoaso: The Uprise Auditions, a dynamic platform supporting Black-identifying actors, BIPOC and female-identifying designers, and intimacy directors. This expansion reflects our shared mission to amplify underrepresented voices and deepen authentic representation in Houston’s vibrant theatre community.
